This package provides project planning tools and messaging materials to support your next capital or comprehensive campaign.

Strategic Goal Setting & Messaging

Anyone who has worked in a small-to-midsized nonprofit is familiar with the expectation that we must do more with less; it happens when a top contributor retires while you are expanding programs or when an economic downturn hits you harder than expected. Are you going to scale back newly expanded programs? Probably not. Instead, you will focus on your bread and butter: maintaining excellent service delivery (who would blame you!) But often this happens at the expense of strategic messaging, which is foundational to successful fundraising.

Annual / Impact Report

One reason I love fundraising is the never-ending opportunity to tell powerful, uplifting stories. And I’m also a data geek!
